Fix: | For Windows 2000 You need to add a new value to the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\OLE. Follow the directions below for doing this: 1. Go to Start, Run. Type in REGEDIT and click OK. NOTE: Always backup the registry prior to editing. To back up the registry, click on Registry, Export Registry File, and choose where you would like to Save it to (i.e. Backup folder), give it a name, (i.e. Regback), and click on Save. 2. Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\OLE 3. On the right, right-click and choose New, String Value 4. Give the value the name UseSharedWowVDM (case-sensitive). 5. Set the value to “Y”. 6. Restart your computer. Now you should be able to run any RA program with P3 open such as Web Publishing Wizard. For Windows XP Microsoft has published a Hotfix for the problem for Windows XP.
