| Problem: | When attempting to print in Expedition, the user receives the following error: error loading message text for db_not_cvrt |
| Problem: | Selecting a Group and clicking OK will either not do anything or will return the message: “Warning – Error loading message Text for CLOSEAPP”. |
| Cause: | This issue may occur if the print engine used by Expedition is damaged |
| Fix: | To correct this problem, exit Expedition and run EXPCITRIX on the workstation to reinstall the Print engine files. To run the Expcitrix utility, please refer to either of these solutions titled: |
