1. Saving a project to MPX format after a filter or report has been defined in SureTrak.
    


2. Saving a SureTrak / Project Groups / Concentric (P3) project, which already contains filters and/or filters, into MPX format.

NOTE: MPX files do not not have the capacity to store SureTrak filters and/or reports.

Solution #1

1. Click: Cancel (to get rid of the warning message)
    


2. Change ‘Type’ to SureTrak
    
   
    


3. Ensure that ‘Project Name’ field is accurately named.
    


4. Click: OK

Solution #2

1. Click: OK to save project data (except reports and filters; they will be lost)
